WDFW has 4 lakes open for fishing. Spring, Blue, Rainbow and Deer. Campgrounds 1-8 are now open for camping, Federal campgrounds Tucannon and the guard station are open. No fires in state campgrounds 1-8 starting July 1st. Our burn ban starts July 16th no wood or charcoal only propane allowed.
Ten person limit in store and public bathrooms closed. We are asking people that aren’t checking in, shopping or getting a license to wait in their vehicles to keep the amount of people in the store down and be able to keep the social distancing rules in place.
Our resort is situated in the beautiful Tucannon Valley on the edge of the Wooten Wildlife area and Umatilla National Forest. As you travel into the valley you will be tracing Lewis & Clark’s route through the area. We have tent sites, water power sites, sites with full hook ups and some sites with 50 amps and 70′ sites for big rigs. Amenities include wifi, laundry and a playground for the kids. No RV? No Problem! We have deluxe cabins and a camping cabin too!
The Last Resort is in a gorgeous country setting, only minutes away from 8 stocked lakes and the Tucannon River and hiking trails. Whether you are relaxing in the park watching the deer and wild turkeys or enjoying one of the lakes, you will experience an outdoor adventure. If you need a “city” fix, you’ll be close to Dayton & Pomeroy with antiquing, shopping, dining, golf, museums and more available.
Start your day with an espresso at our coffee bar. Hike the scenic countryside or enjoy fishing in the trout stocked lakes or the Tucannon River.
Come and enjoy the outdoors with us. You’ll be glad you did!
